Registration issues

Due to past issues with the e-mailing system, as well as a current technical migration with such, a rather lot of users was unable to register.
For such, I purged all inactive accounts and disabled the e-mail activation requirement (for now).

If you had issues with registration in the past retry now here.

If you still have issues despitre these changes with registration, join our IRC and notify ChrisTX about it.
